Return & Refund Policy

We exist to raise funds for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals through sponsorships, donations, and merchandise. Because these are charitable contributions, all sales are final.

What’s Non-Returnable (No Refunds)

  • All sponsorships & donations (including Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Miracle Sponsor tiers)

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products (if any)

  • Customized/personalized items

These items are treated as donations in support of our mission. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered on these items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

We’ll make it right. If your apparel or swag item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Include: order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label (if a return is required) and send a replacement at no cost.
If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue store credit or, at our sole discretion, a refund to your original payment method.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.


General Eligibility for Any Return We Approve

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) is required.

  • Ship returns only to the address we provide after approval:

Exchanges

Because we treat merchandise sales as part of our fundraising, we do not offer exchanges for size, color, or preference. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it as noted above.
